Return and Exchange

Rose Elegance accepts returns and exchanges on unused items within 3 days of delivery. Unless the error is on our part, customers are responsible for any associated delivery fees.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Refunds for approved returns will be issued within 48 hours after we receive the item.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, certain products such as undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange once trialed.
