3.Pricing & Payment: All prices are in BDT. Cash on Delivery is available; advance payment may be required for selected products.
4.Delivery: Delivery usually takes 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days outside Dhaka.
5.Exchange Policy: Exchange is allowed within 48 hours for size issues only. Items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds are not applicable for innerwear due to hygiene reasons.
